Job summary

R3 Strategic Support Grp seeks Expeditionary Support Unit (ESU) Warehouse Support personnel at EODESU TWO in Virginia Beach, VA. You will coordinate ELO warehouse functions, support ELO briefs, and ensure accurate inventory records in multiple government databases.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations, experience with WASP/DPAS and related systems, and a valid driver’s license with an MHE license. Full-time position on-site at Little Creek/Fort Story base.

Qualifications

• Two years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience with WASP Barcode Technologies and DPAS.
• Experience with the databases RCRP, TOA-PGI, OMMSNG, MCMS, JCM.
• Valid driver’s license and MHE operator license.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist issue and receipt of materiel during ELO events.
• Record warehouse inventory in WASP, DPAS, ELMS or similar databases.
• Support inventory control, shipping/receiving, cleanliness and safety.
• Move, account for, and organize warehouse inventories.
• Open, unpack/uncrate, inventory and store material as appropriate.
• Prepare materials for shipment.
• Obtain and maintain an MHE Operator’s license for all MHE used.
• Enter inventory data into systems and maintain high data accuracy (≥98%).

Job Summary:

R3 seeks Expeditionary Support Unit (ESU) Warehouse Support personnel at EODESU TWO in the coordination of ELO warehouse functions with EOD Expeditionary Support Unit (ESU) TWO. With this comes the expectation to routinely consult with ESU TWO personnel supporting ELO events, attend ELO briefs, and the recording warehouse inventory into WASP Barcode Technologies database, DPAS, or other designated government authoritative database.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the issue and receipt of materiel during ELO events. Recording warehouse inventory into the Wasp Barcode Technologies database, DPAS, ELMS or other designated government authoritative database.
• Assist warehouse functions via inventory control, shipping/receiving, cleanliness, and safety.
• Assist the movement, accounting, and organization of warehouse held inventories.
• Open, unpack/uncrate, inventory, and store material as appropriate.
• Properly prepare materials for shipment.
• Obtain and maintain an MHE Operator’s license for all MHE used in the ELO Warehouse.
• Provide data entry recording inventory data into RCRP or TOA-PGI, maintaining at least 98% of data accuracy.
• Provide data entry recording data into the Wasp Barcode Technologies inventory management software, maintaining at least 98% data accuracy.
• Provide data entry recording configuration data and deferred maintenance into Organizational Maintenance Management System Next Generation (OMMSNG), maintaining at least 98% data accuracy.
• Provide data entry recording inventory data into Defense Property Accounting System (DPAS), maintaining at least 98% data accuracy.
• Provide data entry recording data into METBENCH Calibration Management System (MCMS), maintaining at least 98% data accuracy.
• Provide data entry recording data into JCM system, maintaining at least 98% data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years’ experience in warehouse operations.
• At least one (1) years’ experience using or formal training in the WASP Barcode Technologies inventory management software and DPAS.
• At least one (1) years’ experience using assigned databases; RCRP, TOA PGI, OMMSNG, MCMS, JCM.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and must obtain and maintain an MHE Operator’s license for MHE used in the ELO Warehouse
• At least one (1) years’ experience using Microsoft Teams software.
