Job summary

R3 Strategic Support Group seeks COSAL Inventory Management Experts to support EODGRU TWO, maintaining TOA and COSAL inventories. You will handle R-Supply ERP systems, DPAS-WM/PA, PDREP, and FACET, ensuring accurate data across multiple databases and supporting readiness of MUs and TEU.

The role requires Navy experience, inventory reporting, and coordination with Supply Officers to meet FIAR standards and prepare corrective action plans for discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years’ experience utilizing R-SUPPLY and ERP, COSAL and Inventory Management, and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the US Navy utilizing Navy SUPPLY systems.
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in Navy Expeditionary Combat Force logistics management preferred.
  • At least one (1) year experience using Microsoft Teams software.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining inventories of PGI, TOA equipment across multiple commodities and COSAL material.
  • Assist in the management of inventory systems of record (DPAS-WM, DPAS-PA, R-Supply), including stock records, requisition processing, and PDREP.
  • Update data in DPAS-A and assist with minor property inventories and annual inventories.
  • Manage physical inventory tasks including validation, DMS processing, shelf-life screening, and HAZMAT inventory management.
  • Document and maintain administrative files and provide FIAR-compliant documentation for audits.
  • Provide shipping and receiving management for MUs and TEU at the facility and ensure proper inventory reporting.

Job Summary:

R3 seeks multiple COSAL Inventory Management Experts to support EODGRU TWO maintaining inventories, to include TOA, and COSAL inventory management across multiple commodities and utilization of inventory management systems such as R-Supply, ERP, DPAS-WM, DPAS-PA, and PDREP.

Must be familiar with Expeditionary administrative and inventory reporting requirements and assist with documentation and administrative files for programs under their cognizance and report progress to the EODGRU TWO Supply Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining inventories of personal gear issue (PGI), excess table of allowances (TOA) equipment across multiple commodities, and consolidated shipboard allowances (COSAL) material. Track lifecycle status of material, including obsolescence monitoring and phase replacement.
  • Assist in the management of inventory systems of record (DPAS-WM, DPAS-PA, and R-Supply), to include stock record file maintenance, requisition receipt and issue processing, FACET program file maintenance and upload, and Product Data Reporting and Evaluation Program (PDREP) processing. Perform cross-system reconciliation between different databases to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with the update and input of data in DPAS-A as required by instruction and other applicable directives. Including assistance in maintaining inventories of minor property equipment and assisting with annual and semi-annual inventories.
  • Assist in physical inventory management, to include receipt, issuing, stowage, offload, floor-to-book and book-to-floor inventory validation, Defective Material Summary (DMS) processing, shelf-life screening and offload preparation, and Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) inventory management. Identify and perform causative research to resolve mismatches between physical inventory and electronic records. Assist in training EODGRU TWO, TEU and MU personnel on safe storage, labelling, and disposal procedures on HAZMAT.
  • Assist in the documentation and maintenance of administrative files for the programs under their cognizance.
  • Scan, upload, and process documents into the current financial audit tool, ensuring FIAR compliance standards are met in preparation for the approval and submission of

documents by EODGRU TWO Supply Officer. Contractor shall conduct periodic self

assessments of inventory records against FIAR standards and prepare corrective action plans for

discrepancies identified during internal or external audits.

  • Assist in the preparation of disposition paperwork for damaged or unserviceable equipment for transfer to Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office or other activity as required by EODGRU TWO.
  • Assist in the collection of inputs from EODGRU TWO units for all data calls and provide consolidated responses to EODGRU TWO Supply Officer no later than 1 business day prior to deadline as delineated in the data call.
  • Assist with daily file maintenance, correspondence and record keeping as well as providing customer service to EODGRU TWO as needed.
  • Provide shipping & receiving management for each of the MUs and TEU at the EODGRU TWO facility. They will ensure that all packages and deliveries are properly inventoried and reported to the MUs or TEU for pickup or stored in the proper facility.
