Job summary

Security Industry Specialists in Seattle, WA is seeking an ESU Overwatch Operator to serve as the communication hub for incidents requiring ESU response. You will monitor radio/chat platforms to maintain situational awareness and disseminate information to security personnel and stakeholders for a rapid response.

The role requires CPR/AED, State Guard certification, and an Associate’s degree or related security experience.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification.
• Unarmed State Guard certification as prescribed by state law and client requirements.
• Associate’s degree or two plus years of work experience in the military, law enforcement, government, or corporate security.
• General knowledge of security systems including alarm monitoring, electronic access control, and CCTV.
• Lenel is a plus.
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Must be able to multitask and have the ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via internal channels to coordinate incidents.
• Share information between chatrooms and teams.
• Document and disseminate information to stakeholders.
• Monitor CCTV for incident locations.
• Track status and location of ESU members.
• Coordinate with team members to expedite incident response.
• Communicate effectively and competently.
• Open internal tracking tickets and security bulletins.
• Coordinate local law enforcement responses as necessary.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
