This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential as you develop budgets, review bids, and negotiate terms with subcontractors to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of estimating and cost-analysis processes for construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented approach to cost estimation.
• Effective written and verbal communication with team and clients.
• Experience on waterproofing sites is a plus and advantageous.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Waterproofing Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the construction process by providing accurate cost estimates for various projects. This position requires a strong understanding of waterproofing management and the ability to analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, foremen, and clients to ensure that all aspects of the project are accounted for. This is a commission-based pay position with unlimited earning potential. We are a growing family-owned waterproofing business

Duties

• Analyze specifications and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for waterproofing projects.
• Utilize QuickBooks and Arcsite software to create detailed bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with project management teams to develop budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary data for estimating purposes.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to each project.
• Provide support for cost-control measures during the construction phase to ensure budget adherence.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding the estimate details and any changes that may arise.
