Job summary

Heavy Level Consulting in Livermore, CA seeks a detail-oriented Heavy Civil Estimator to support infrastructure projects including sewer systems, water pipelines, and treatment plants.

Develop accurate cost estimates, coordinate with project managers and field teams, conduct site investigations, and manage bid submissions and risk analysis.

Requires 10+ years in heavy civil estimating, experience with water/wastewater projects, and HCSS HeavyBid proficiency; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Join a leading heavy civil contractor with 50+ years of success serving California's infrastructure markets. This position is offered in Livermore, CA.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Heavy Civil Estimator to support infrastructure projects, including sewer systems, water pipelines, storm drains, pump stations, water tanks, water treatment plants, and wastewater treatment plants.
