Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience bidding and winning wet utility and/or water treatment plant projects.
• Experience estimating projects involving water systems, pump stations, and treatment plants.
• Ability to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and develop comprehensive estimates.
• Experience reviewing plans, specifications, and contract documents for public works and heavy civil projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, production rates, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

We are seeking a talented Estimator to join a growing construction team based in Vista, California. About the Role

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of projects involving wet utilities, underground pipelines, water distribution systems, sewer systems, storm drains, pump stations, and water/wastewater treatment facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, project management, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to develop winning bids and support business growth.
