Qualifications

• Experience reading plans and blueprints to produce accurate estimates.
• Ability to analyze data and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Proficiency with estimating software, CAD tools, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely estimates to customers.
• Perform material takeoffs from drawings and validate quantities.
• Identify liabilities and opportunities related to SeC products.
• Collaborate with Engineering to coordinate value engineering opportunities.
• Prepare value engineered estimates and support sales with timely quotations.
