The role involves collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure bids are compliant and well-documented. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with estimating software. Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in underground utilities and/or site development.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Civil construction background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for underground utilities and site development projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information.
