Wisenbaker Builder Services is seeking an Estimator who can analyze plans, interpret specifications, and collaborate across Sales, Design, and Operations to deliver accurate estimates in a fast-paced production and custom-building environment.

You’ll prepare detailed plan estimates by reviewing plans, validating quantities, and coordinating with internal partners to support successful project execution, while learning and navigating VEO Estimating Software to ensure data accuracy and timely

Formación

• Strong math skills including geometry, fractions, and percentages.
• Experience reading blueprints and architectural drawings preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and estimating-related software.
• Ability to learn and navigate VEO Estimating Software.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed plan estimates accurately and within required timelines.
• Review architectural plans and specifications to determine material quantities and layouts.
• Manage and validate data pulled from VEO estimating software.
• Communicate estimate status, questions, and issues with team leaders and supervisors.
• Maintain clear, organized records and notes for all completed estimate requests.
• Validate customer updates in coordination with Account Managers and Implementation teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Design Centers, Inside Operations, and Field Operations.
• Understand how Pricing, Design, and Data Specialist roles impact estimating accuracy and flow.
