Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Estimator for a permanent role in Naples, FL. The position offers a 60/40 split between estimating and progression into project management, with long-term stability and a clear route to growth.

You will read plans, build scopes and pricing, support procurement, and collaborate with the Superintendent and leadership to manage costs as projects move from bid to build. 3+ years in heavy civil/sitework is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimator experience in heavy civil/sitework/excavation.
• Experience on commercial and/or state excavation projects.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in moving into Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans to build scope and pricing.
• Support procurement and preconstruction planning.
• Own work from preconstruction through delivery with progression into Project Management.
