Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to read plans, drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate quantity and material take-offs from plans and specs.
• Enter take-offs and pricing for project estimates.
• Develop pricing for basic project elements and coordinate WBS.
• Coordinate material pricing with vendors and suppliers.
• Support conceptual estimating and develop basic models for review.
• Develop budgets and purchasing plans with oversight.
• Manage document flow during estimate preparation.
• Log estimates administratively and perform additional duties as needed.
