Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enters take-offs and material pricing for estimates.
• Coordinates pricing with vendors and subcontractors; supports budgeting and model development.
• Develops budgets and purchasing plans with minimal oversight.
• Manages document flow during estimate preparation.
