Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 5 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may substitute a degree.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate quantity and material take-offs from plans and specs.
• Enter take-offs and pricing for project estimates.
• Apply work breakdown structure (WBS) to estimates.
• Coordinate material pricing from vendors and other sources.
• Solicit outsource pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Contribute to key estimating deliverables for projects.
• Support conceptual estimating and build basic models.
• Develop budgets and purchasing plans with limited oversight.
• Coordinate document flow during estimate prep.
• Log estimates administratively and perform additional duties as required.
