Job summary

You will coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and internal teams to assemble pricing and deliverables, supporting senior staff in conceptual estimating and model development.

The role requires reading plans and specifications, applying WBS, and maintaining orderly documentation while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications and identify missing elements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% or less.

Responsibilities

• Produces accurate quantity and material take-offs from plans and specs.
• Enter take-offs and material unit pricing for estimates.
• Apply work breakdown structure (WBS) to estimates.
• Coordinate pricing from vendors and suppliers for basic elements.
• Contact subcontractors for outsource pricing and data.
• Contribute to key estimating deliverables and models for review.
