The Self-Perform Estimator will participate in all aspects of the bid and estimating process from review of plans and specs to soliciting and negotiating pricing from contractors and suppliers through completion of bid/estimating effort including closeout, with a primary focus on the concrete scope of work. Performs quantity take-offs, scoping, and bidding of construction projects involving more complex trade packages and self-perform work.
