AtkinsRéalis seeks an entry-level Estimator/Scheduler in Denver to support project schedules, budgets, and forecasts while assisting with cost analysis and master scheduling. You will collaborate with diverse teams and gain mentorship within the global AtkinsRéalis network as you contribute to project data management and performance tracking.

The role emphasizes learning Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and takeoff software, while building solid understanding of construction concepts and scheduling

Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in construction preferred.
• Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field from an accredited college/university.
• Experience with electronic takeoff software, Primavera P6 or other scheduling software, and Bluebeam or other pdf editing software.
• Understanding of basic construction concepts and terminology; basic construction scheduling concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.
• Perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.
• Assist with production of project Master Schedules, contractor schedule review and analysis, time extension analysis, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
• Maintain project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Estimator/Scheduler to join our Project Services Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of Denver, CO.

Your Role

• Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.

About You

• EXPERIENCE:

Additional Information

Expected compensation range is between $65,000 - $80,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
