Job summary

LeoForce in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Estimator to support residential site development projects within a growing civil construction environment. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, supporting pre-construction efforts and collaborating closely with leadership to ensure competitive bids.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimating experience for civil and site development, with a track record on projects from $5M to $50M, and proficiency with AGTEK; strong reading of drawings

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience within civil construction.
• Experience estimating projects ranging from $5M–$50M.
• Knowledge of sitework scopes including erosion control, clearing, grading, utilities, and paving.
• Proficiency with AGTEK software (strongly preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support residential site development projects within a growing civil construction environment. This individual will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting pre-construction efforts, and collaborating closely with leadership to ensure competitive, high-quality bids.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience within civil construction
• Strong background in residential site development projects
• Experience estimating projects ranging from $5M–$50M
• Knowledge of sitework scopes including erosion control, clearing, grading, utilities, and paving
• Proficiency with AGTEK software (strongly preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and pricing negotiations
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
