Job summary

A leading construction firm based in Appleton, Wisconsin is seeking a passionate Estimator to independently develop cost estimates for solar and wind construction projects. The role involves reviewing plans, conducting material takeoffs, and interfacing with stakeholders to gather pricing information. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in Engineering or a related field, and 3-5 years of relevant experience in the electrical construction industry is preferred. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of estimating, project management, and craft supervision experience in electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Review plans to determine project costs.

• Perform material takeoffs to develop cost estimates.
• Provide detailed cost estimates to the Director of Operations.
• Interface with customers and vendors to determine project costs.
