Responsibilities

• Execute accurate quantity takeoffs and unit pricing.
• Connect with vendors to obtain pricing information.
• Solicit scopes of work from subcontractors.
• Maintain material pricing information.
• Drive the production of detailed cost budgets.
• Perform value engineering during the preconstruction cycle.
