Qualifications

• Experience in construction operations and project estimation.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and architectural estimating.
• Prior construction field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate quantity takeoffs and unit pricing.
• Connect with vendors to obtain pricing information.
• Solicit scopes of work and quotations from subcontractors.
• Maintain material pricing information.
• Develop mastery of construction means and methods.
• Drive the production of detailed cost budgets.
