Appi,-LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator / Product Quoting Specialist to prepare accurate quotes for laminated sheet products. You will review requests, confirm costs, obtain vendor pricing, and produce clear estimates for multiple configurations.

The role requires organization, numerical precision, and strong spreadsheet skills to support sales, production and procurement teams. The ideal candidate will interpret material specifications, manage multiple quotes, and maintain pricing

Qualifications

Experience in estimating, quoting, purchasing, or project coordination preferred.
Strong spreadsheet skills, especially Excel or similar tools.
Comfortable working with product configurations, material lists, pricing tables, and vendor quotes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Ability to interpret written product specifications and ask clarifying questions.
Clear communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal team members.

Responsibilities

Review customer quote requests, project plans and product configurations.
Look up stock material and labor costs.
Interpret custom material specifications and request vendor quotes when needed.
Compare and organize vendor pricing.
Identify missing, unclear, or conflicting information.
Coordinate with sales, production, purchasing, and vendors on scope, materials, lead times, and pricing.
Prepare accurate customer quotes with clear assumptions and supporting details.
Maintain estimate records, vendor pricing, quote history, and spreadsheet inputs.
Help improve quoting accuracy, consistency, and speed.
