Job summary

Beneficial Talent Source is seeking an Estimator & Project Manager to price and manage residential and light commercial projects from bid to walkthrough across the Quad Cities. You’ll perform takeoffs, source pricing, coordinate deliveries, manage budgets, and serve as the main contact for contractors and homeowners, while ensuring accurate change orders and timely inspections.

No plumbing license is required, but strong trade knowledge and proficiency with digital takeoff tools are essential to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing estimating, project management, or hands-on field installation experience.
• Strong ability to read residential and commercial MEP blueprints.
• Familiarity with standard plumbing materials, drainage/venting basics, and digital takeoff tools (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or Excel).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Estimating: Perform digital and on-site material/labor takeoffs from blueprints; source vendor pricing and assemble competitive bid proposals.
• Project Oversight: Coordinate material deliveries, schedule field crews, and track job budgets from start to completion.
• Client & Field Coordination: Serve as primary contact for general contractors and homeowners; manage change orders and schedule inspections.
