Job summary

McGill Restoration is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager in Omaha, NE to price jobs accurately, win bids, and run projects from start to finish. This role requires hands-on site presence and strong client communication.

You will own the relationship: the estimate, the client, the schedule, and the follow-through, coordinating with our Operations team to deliver on time and on budget. Our EOS-driven, privately held, family-run culture supports clear accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a construction field is required.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience required.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagements.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Estimate bids accurately and win projects.
• Manage projects from bid to completion.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with Operations.
• Collaborate with Operations team; ensure on-schedule delivery.
