You will drive profitability by managing budgets, schedules, and field operations from bid through closeout, while coordinating safety and quality with on-site crews. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial construction estimating and PM, with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in commercial construction estimating and project management.
• Proven ability to build relationships and win contracts with large General Contractors.
• Strong budgeting, bid submissions, and field logistics management.

• Prepare cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid packages for commercial insulation projects.
