Job summary

Franjo Restoration is seeking an Estimator-Project Manager to coordinate estimates from site visits and conceptual information, and to provide pricing for projects. You will support the management department during pre-construction and restoration phases and represent the firm on restoration topics.

Located at Franjo Restoration office in Baldwin, PA, the role covers client meetings, permitting, change orders, invoicing, and overall project management to ensure timely, efficient, and profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or restoration management, or relevant experience.
• Computer skills; proficient in MS Office, required.
• Experience with estimating software, required.
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• IICRC and OSHA certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates based on site visits and conceptual information.
• Coordinate subcontract agreements & change orders.
• Manage project invoicing and budgets.
• Conduct client site meetings and maintain customer relations.
• Prepare customer contracts and project hand-offs.
• Update Xactimate price lists and provide WIP projections.
• Assist in business development and other tasks as requested.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance.

Job description

The Estimator-Project Manager coordinates the preparation of estimates based on site visits /conceptual information, and hard bid estimates. This position provides support services as required by the management department during the pre-construction and restoration phases. This position provides the scopes and pricing for projects. The Estimator-Project Manager position is responsible for representing Franjo Restoration on a range of subjects related to Restoration and may be responsible for making decisions on behalf of the firm. The Estimator-Project Manager will work to ensure that projects are planned, coordinated, and completed in a timely, efficient, effective, and profitable manner. Responsibilities will also include client site meetings, permitting, change order creation, project closeout, and overall management to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position is located at our Franjo Restoration office in Baldwin, PA.
