The Estimator-Project Manager coordinates the preparation of estimates based on site visits, conceptual information, and hard bid estimates. This role provides support during pre-construction and restoration phases, including scope and pricing for projects. The position involves representing Franjo Restoration on various subjects related to restoration, making decisions on behalf of the firm, and ensuring projects are planned, coordinated, and completed efficiently and profitably. Responsibilities include client site meetings, permitting, change orders, project closeout, and overall management to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position is located at our Franjo Restoration office in Baldwin, PA.

What You'll Do

• Primary on-call first responder
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Manage project files and documentation
• Handle subcontract agreements and change orders
• Prepare project invoicing and customer contracts
• Conduct site inspections and correspondence with insurance companies, customers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Review project budgets and documentation compliance
• Coordinate project hand-offs and ongoing management
• Update Xactimate and price lists
• Provide projections for work-in-progress (WIP)
• Engage in business development and other tasks as assigned
