Job summary

Cavalry Construction & Restoration is seeking a full-time Reconstruction Sales and Estimating professional to generate new leads and cultivate relationships with insurance professionals and property managers. You will scope projects, prepare estimates in Xactimate, and oversee residential and commercial reconstruction from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in construction and insurance reconstruction, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Construction Industry REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 2 years of Insurance Reconstruction experience REQUIRED.
• Xactimate estimating software experience REQUIRED.
• Experience working with third-party program leads, including managing assignments and driving them through to full project completion. REQUIRED
• Familiarity with Symbility insurance estimating software and program-driven estimating processes. PREFERRED
• Proven track record and personality for sales
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Accept leads from third party program vendors
• Inspect prospective projects, scoping the work and generation of an estimate, which is typically completed in an estimating platform (Xactimate).
• Budget and manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects
• Monitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to completion of the project
• Ability to work under pressure and on timelines
• Attend industry related Marketing Events

Compensation package includes base salary, commission schedule, health benefits, 401(K), automobile allowance and paid vacation.
