Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join a growing restoration and reconstruction team. You will inspect properties, prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate, and manage projects from initial inspection through completion with a focus on accuracy and clear communication.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of restoration experience, proficiency in estimating, strong client communications, and a proven ability to work with adjusters, owners, and production teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience with both commercial and residential projects.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and construction estimating.
• Strong understanding of project scope and pricing.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Xactimate and construction estimating.
• Strong understanding of project scope and pricing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients, property owners, and adjusters.
• Stable work history with increasing responsibility preferred.
• Restoration experience strongly preferred.
• Industry certifications preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
