Cavalry Construction & Restoration in Irving, TX is seeking a full-time Reconstruction Sales and Estimating professional who thrives on developing relationships with insurance professionals and property management companies. The role involves generating leads, inspecting projects, and creating detailed estimates using an estimating platform such as Xactimate.

You will manage residential and commercial reconstruction budgets, monitor customer satisfaction, and work under timelines with a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Construction Industry REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 2 years of Insurance Reconstruction experience REQUIRED.
• Experience working with third‑party program leads and driving projects to completion REQUIRED.
• Familiarity with Symbility insurance estimating software is PREFERRED.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Accept leads from third party program vendors.
• Inspect prospective projects, scope the work and generate an estimate (Xactimate).
• Budget and manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects.
• Monitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients

• Inspect prospective projects, scoping the work and generation of an estimate, which is typically completed in an estimating platform (Xactimate).
• Budget and manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects
• Monitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to completion of the project

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Construction Industry REQUIRED
• Minimum of 2 years of Insurance Reconstruction experience REQUIRED
• Experience working with third‑party program leads, including managing assignments and driving them through to full project completion. REQUIRED
• Familiarity with Symbility insurance estimating software and program‑driven estimating processes. PREFERRED
• Proven track record and personality for sales
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation package includes base salary, commission schedule, health benefits, 401(K), automobile allowance and paid vacation.
