We’re Hiring: Estimator / Project Manager – Data Center HAC & Ceiling Grid Systems

Location: Downers Grove, IL & Nationwide (Travel Required) | Industry: Mission Critical Construction | Full-Time

We’re seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager with a General Contractor background and a proven track record in Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) and ceiling grid systems within data center environments.

This role offers the opportunity to lead critical infrastructure scopes on complex, large-scale projects across the country. If you're a detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering precision work—this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead estimation and project management efforts for HAC and structural grid installations.
• Analyze specs and drawings to produce accurate bids and material takeoffs.
• Plan and coordinate field execution, logistics, labor, and scheduling.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, GCs, and vendors.
• Ensure quality control, cost tracking, and safety standards throughout all phases.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in commercial/industrial construction, preferably with a GC or self-perform (Carpentry) background.
• Hands-on experience with HAC systems and structural ceiling solutions in live data centers.
• Proficiency in estimating tools, job costing systems, and reading construction documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site as needed.
