RAM Construction Services is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Estimator/Project Manager to join our Restoration Division (Masonry/Concrete Restoration). This dual role position is crucial to the success of our projects, as it combines technical estimating expertise with hands‑on project management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, researching materials and systems, and managing all phases of restoration projects—from preconstruction through closeout. This includes overseeing client communications, coordinating field operations, monitoring budgets and schedules, and conducting risk assessments to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving capabilities, and a deep understanding of restoration systems and construction practices. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as superior organizational and time‑management abilities.
As an Estimator Project Manager for RAM, the employee will be subject to office and jobsite/field settings. Work environments may include, but are not limited to, the following: seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud, frequent noise, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, and areas close to traffic.
Travel to and from job sites is required. RAM will cover travel expenses, if applicable.
The Estimator Project Manager reports directly to the Regional Director
Rarely- Stooping, kneeling, squatting, body twisting, crawling, sense of touch, manual dexterity, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, balancing.
Occasionally- standing, walking, lifting to 30 lbs., range of motion, carrying, and climbing stairs.
Frequently- reading, depth perception.
Continuously- speaking clearly, seeing distance, seeing, hearing speech range, and color vision.
