Job summary

Federal Heath Sign Company in Racine, WI seeks an Estimator/Production Manager to lead cost estimation and production planning for screen printing, signage fabrication, and digital imaging. You will analyze drawings, specs, and proposals to prepare time, cost, labor, and material estimates while coordinating with account managers and manufacturing to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Three to five years related experience and/or training helpful in screen printing/digital imaging estimating and production planning.
• Language ability: Must be able to read and interpret documents, drawings, and procedures; communicate clearly via writing or speaking; write reports.
• Mathematical skills: calculate figures and amounts; apply basic algebra and geometry.
• Reasoning ability: interpret instructions; deduce root causes; collect data; draw conclusions.
• Computer skills: proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Estimate screen printing, retail signage fabrication, or digital imaging production costs.
• Create bill of materials and routing; prepare estimates and price summaries.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and manufacturing to ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain production files; verify routings, layouts, and material requirements.
