Job summary

D2B is seeking an Estimator and Production Administrator to join our hybrid team in Australia. The role focuses largely on estimating, preparing client quotations and professional sales proposals for custom exhibition stands and branded environments.

Approximately 75% of the role is estimating with detailed cost breakdowns, supplier pricing, tender submissions and build-cost accuracy. The remaining 25% covers production administration, purchasing and project logistics.

Qualifications

• This role requires 4+ years in production or joinery estimating.
• Experience with cost estimates, quotations and tender submissions.
• Advanced Excel and estimating software skills.
• Practical understanding of fabrication, materials and build costs.
• Experience with supplier pricing and subcontractor costs.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare cost breakdowns, pricing schedules and client proposals.
• Review drawings and convert concepts to accurate build costs.
• Obtain supplier pricing and manage tender submissions.
• Create professional sales proposals with scope and exclusions.
• Support production/admin tasks and maintain records in Xero and CRM.
