Job summary

CORE Construction Services of Texas, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Estimator to join our Frisco office.

The role focuses on preconstruction and virtual construction services for commercial, K12, higher education, healthcare and municipal projects valued from $100k to $300M. You will perform quantity takeoffs, develop project scopes, assist with scheduling, value engineering, risk management and bid solicitation, and support document control and client communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience on preconstruction or construction operations teams.
• Experience with commercial construction, engineering, or architecture firms.
• Degree in construction management, architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide preconstruction services including estimating, scheduling, value engineering, risk management and bid outreach.
• Lead takeoffs, cost data research and development of project scopes and general conditions.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, and operations to support multi-project bidding.
• Assist with document control, meeting minutes, and subcontractor outreach.
