Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Estimator to support preconstruction efforts and lead estimates for bids for a general contractor in Nashville, TN. You will review plans, develop subcontractor scopes, and coordinate with teams to create accurate budgets.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of estimating experience, a related degree, and proficiency with Excel, OST, and Bluebeam. OSHA 30/First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus.

• 3–5 years of estimating experience with a general contractor.
• Understanding of construction documents, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor pricing.
• Experience with plan review tools such as OST and Bluebeam.
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare estimates from early design through construction documents.
• Review plans and specs, develop subcontractor scopes, and compare bids for gaps.
• Track cost changes, assess risks, and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to build accurate budgets and proposals.
