You will translate drawings into accurate takeoffs, assemble robust bid packages, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize profitability.

The role requires 2+ years in estimating, strong reading of drawings, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimating, drafting, or structural steel/millwork project development.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze detailed architectural drawings and specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for negotiations with subs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and specifications to perform room-by-room takeoffs and material quantities.
• Build bid packages using labor hours, materials, and buyout prices.
• Coordinate quotes with subcontractors and vendors and document assumptions clearly.
