Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Estimating experience in all areas of construction preferred.
OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff, and contract management.
Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors.
Review orders on contract for compliance.
Manage all orders on contract within a geographical location.

We have an immediate need for an Estimator or Sr. Estimator to join the Design & Construction Team. The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS) in Hudson Valley NY
