Job summary

Nationwide Video is seeking a Case Operations Administrator to support the Case Manufacturing Team. The role focuses on maintaining project details, overseeing the supply chain, and preparing accurate cost estimates for case projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales and Production, update documentation across multiple platforms, manage supplier relationships, and continuously improve estimating accuracy while supporting a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years cost estimating experience.
• 3 years cost estimating experience and 1–3 years in supply chain or project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and validate project information with Sales Administrator.
• Provide updates to project documentation across multiple software platforms.
• Manage raw materials inventory and supplier relationships.
• Prepare cost estimates using pricing models, material costs, labor, outsourced services and freight.
• Assist with quotes, engineering changes, and customer inquiries during sales and production.
• Analyze completed projects and job costing data to improve estimating accuracy and identify cost savings.
