Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking an experienced estimator to interface with clients, study proposals, and develop accurate project estimates. The role involves reviewing blueprints, taking-offs, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure budgets align with client objectives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in estimating, strong communication, and a construction management degree or equivalent experience. This position is based in Rapid City, SD and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience estimating.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered.
• Conceptual, Schematic Design, and Design Development.
• Construction document budgets and estimates.
