    Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for multifamily construction projects
  • 
    
    Analyze architectural plans, specifications, and scopes of work
  • 
    
    Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
  • 
    
    Assist with value engineering and cost control strategies
  • 
    
    Work closely with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure estimating aligns with project goals
  • 
    
    Maintain current knowledge of material pricing, labor trends, and market conditions

The Successful Applicant

  3+ years of estimating experience in multifamily construction
• 
  
  Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and building methods
• 
  
  Proficient in estimating tools/software (ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.)
• 
  
  Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• 
  
  Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
• 
  
  Preferred: Degree in Construction Management or related field; bilingual (English/Spanish); knowledge of the South Florida market
