Job summary

LVI Associates in Wakefield, MA is seeking an experienced HVAC / Plumbing Estimator to join our team. This role focuses on preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC and plumbing projects, reviewing drawings and bid documents, and performing pricing analyses for diverse commercial mechanical projects across Massachusetts.

You will collaborate with project management and operations teams during handover, participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits, and help identify value engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience within HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of labor, material, and equipment pricing.
• Experience estimating commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, laboratory, or industrial projects preferred.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
