Job summary

Orion Placement seeks an experienced Plumbing/HVAC Estimator for commercial and industrial projects in Devens, MA. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, review drawings, perform takeoffs, and solicit pricing from vendors and subs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing or HVAC estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience performing quantity takeoffs and preparing estimates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with estimating software is a plus.

• Help identify project risks, opportunities, and value‑engineering solutions.
• Maintain organized estimating documentation and bid records.
