We seek an experienced M&E estimator with 8-10+ years of estimating experience, proficient in CostX, and capable of leading cost strategies for complex projects.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of mechanical and/or electrical estimating experience.
• Strong CostX proficiency and Data Center, Healthcare, Aviation, or Commercial project experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Develop conceptual through detailed estimates (Class 5 to Class 1) across design phases.
• Prepare M&E quantity takeoffs and cost plans using CostX; lead value engineering and present cost strategies.
