Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Estimator to support multifamily construction estimating in the East Bay Area. The role focuses on accurate cost forecasting, detailed quantity take-offs, and pricing development across projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of multifamily estimating experience with strong building envelope knowledge and ability to mentor junior staff while coordinating RFIs and pre-bid activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree in construction or related field.
• Must have 5–10 years of multifamily construction estimating experience with strong building envelope knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Preparing conceptual through detailed estimates and performing quantity take-offs.
• Attending pre-bid meetings, site visits, and coordinating RFIs, RFQs, and schedules.
• Reviewing drawings and specifications to develop accurate scopes and pricing.
• Supporting operations with project management insight and mentoring team members.
• Participating in trade shows, client meetings, and continuous process improvement.
