• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in detailed estimate organization and take-offs.
• Familiar with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bids, conceptual cost models, and budgets.
• Review plans and specs; assemble general conditions costs.
• Lead subcontractor bid process and buyout.
• Collaborate with senior estimators to set bid goals.
• Provide constructability guidance for estimates.
