About the Role

IET Systems is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Estimator to support our expanding portfolio of high-security projects across critical infrastructure, perimeter security, and systems integration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge, data analysis, and precision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and RFPs to develop detailed estimates.
• Prepare comprehensive bid packages including labor, materials, rentals, travel, and subcontractor pricing.
• Collaborate with Division VPs and Project Administrators to develop project schedules and Gantt charts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Administrative Assistants to gather vendor quotes and track bid components.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of all bid data into SimPro or other project management platforms.
• Assist with bid review preparations and contribute to weekly internal bid committee meetings.

• 2+ years of experience in construction or systems estimating preferred (security, infrastructure, or government project experience is a plus).
