Qualifications

• 1+ years of estimating experience in cabinetry, millwork, or construction.
• Strong understanding of woodworking materials and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
• Experience with estimating software such as Bluebeam and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and scope documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Quantify materials, labor, and subcontractor costs for cabinetry and millwork.
• Obtain pricing and lead times from vendors and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project teams to align scope and budget.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals on time.
• Maintain estimating tools and cost records.
