Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a highly analytical Estimator to join our team. The role focuses on translating customer requirements into accurate technical proposals and leading front-end bidding across the ecosystem.

You will work with brand leadership, engineering, and external vendors to size equipment, develop detailed cost estimates, and draft comprehensive proposals ensuring margin protection and bid competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical estimating, application engineering, or inside sales within the flow control or instrumentation industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related engineering field.
• Strong working knowledge of flow control technologies and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Flow Control Group brands and products to identify cross-brand opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to obtain pricing and lead times.
• Evaluate RFQs, review specifications, and align bidding strategies for high-value accounts.
