Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years estimating or relevant project experience.
• Proficiency in estimating software with emphasis on On-Screen Takeoff.
• Strong mathematical and computer skills; proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project documents to determine overall estimated cost.
• Perform quantity takeoff and prepare bid tabulations.
• Develop scopes of work and gather subcontractor proposals.
• Coordinate with bid team and manage responses to invitations to bid.
• Establish relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
