Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical estimation within the construction industry.
• Experience with Design-Build, Commercial, Mission Critical, Healthcare, Public Works, and Industrial sectors.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and construction methods.
• Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Estimator-Electrical to join our vibrant team in the construction industry. This role is instrumental in our company's ongoing success and growth, as you will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating accurate electrical estimates for a variety of construction projects. These include Design Build, Commercial, Mission Critical, Healthcare, Public Works, and Industrial sectors. Responsibilities

As a Estimator-your primary responsibilities will include:

Estimator who can independently manage the entire estimating process from initial takeoff through final proposal and bid submission. We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of their estimates with minimal oversight. Experience with Design-Build projects would be a strong plus.
